1. Delivery Time
* For orders that are paid successfully and without any issues within working days (Monday to Friday), we usually dispatch them from our overseas or regional warehouses within 2 to 5 working days (the delivery date will be postponed on non-working days and national holidays). Pre-sale or specially customized products will clearly indicate the delivery time.
* Once an order is dispatched, you will receive a delivery notification email containing the logistics tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the latest status and estimated delivery time of the package on our official website or the website of the carrier (such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS, postal service, etc.).
2. Global Delivery Scope and Timeliness
We offer extensive international shipping services:
* International Delivery: Packages can be delivered to most countries and regions. The delivery time varies depending on the destination and typically takes approximately 15-30 days.
Important Note: The above timeliness is an estimated time, calculated from the moment the package is delivered to the carrier. The actual timeliness may be affected by customs clearance procedures, the efficiency of the destination's postal service, local holidays, extreme weather conditions, and force majeure factors. During peak shopping seasons (such as Black Friday, Christmas, and major sales periods), logistics may experience widespread delays. Please understand. We will do our best to expedite processing, but we cannot guarantee 100% on-time delivery in extreme circumstances.
3. Freight Calculation The shipping cost is automatically calculated based on the destination of delivery, the weight and size of the package, as well as the transportation method you choose (standard/express). It will be clearly displayed on the checkout page. We will introduce free shipping policies from time to time. Please stay tuned!
4. Tariffs and Taxes
* International Orders: Depending on the laws and regulations of different countries/regions, packages may incur import duties, value-added taxes, or other taxes upon entry. These fees are borne by the recipient.
* Prepaid Tariffs: Some transportation methods or countries/regions may offer the option to prepay tariffs at the time of settlement (DDP - Delivered Duty Paid). The system will estimate and display this information to ensure a smoother customs clearance (but this does not cover all situations; some countries require payment after tax).
* We cannot control the final amount and rules of the taxes collected by the customs. It is recommended that the recipient understand the local import tax regulations before customs clearance of the package.
5. Parcel Tracking and Loss
* Please keep a close eye on your shipping email and logistics tracking information.
* If the logistics information remains unupdated for an extended period (far exceeding the estimated time) or there are concerns about the loss of the parcel, please contact our customer service promptly after a reasonable waiting period (for example, more than 30 days beyond the estimated time). We will assist in initiating inquiries with the carrier.
* xpicsgirl does not bear any responsibility for the delay, return, or loss of the parcel caused by the customer providing an incorrect address or the customer not timely receiving/processing customs clearance. Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate.
