1. Seven-day no-reason return policy
- Starting from the next day at midnight after receiving the goods, within 7 days, if the goods have not been used and are in good condition, you can apply for a no-reason return (except for special products).
- Refund period: The refund will be completed within 7 days after the returned goods are signed for by the warehouse. The refund will be made through the original payment method (the credit card payment fee will not be refunded).
2. Quality issues are covered for life
- If there are quality defects in the product (such as fabric damage, manufacturing defects, significant discrepancies from the description, etc.), there is no time limit. The return and exchange shipping fees will be borne by xpicsgirl.
II. Scope of Application
Products eligible for return or exchange
- All regular women's clothing, accessories, home wear and other non-special categories.
- Returns and exchanges must be in a condition that allows for secondary sale (please refer to ""Standard for Good Condition of Goods"" for details).
Cases where returns for no reason are not applicable
- Customized products: Embroidered name gowns, personalized size customization, etc. Only support returns for quality issues.
- Close-fitting clothing: Underwear, swimsuits, leggings, etc. Must be sealed and unopened.
- Discount clearance items: Products clearly marked as ""Discount Zone"" and ""Defects Special Offer"" on the page, and it is stated that no returns are supported without reason.
Note: When purchasing special items, a pop-up window will appear for policy confirmation. Otherwise, it will be defaulted that returns can be made without any reason.
III. Standards for Product Integrity
The returned goods should remain in their original sales condition, which specifically includes:
- Clothing category: Tags are not removed, water washing labels are intact, and there are no signs of wearing (stains, sweat smell, foundation stains).
- Accessories category: Shoes, hats, and bags are free from scratches and deformations, and the soles of shoes are undamaged.
- Packaging requirements: The original packaging bag/dust cover is intact. If damaged, the packaging cost of 20 yuan will be borne.
Allowed operations: Opening and inspecting the package, trying on (without removing the anti-theft fastener), comparing colors under reasonable lighting conditions.
IV. Return and Exchange Procedure (3 Simple Steps for Quick Processing)
1. Submit the application
- Log in to the official website, go to ""My Orders"" → Click ""Apply for After-Sales Service"" → Select the reason and upload at least 3 detailed pictures of the product.
2. Review and Logistics
- The customer service will review within 72 hours → Email will send a dedicated return label (including pre-filled address).
3. Quality Inspection and Refund
- The quality inspection will be completed within 72 hours after the warehouse receives the goods → The refund will be made to the original account.
V. Shipping Charges and Gift Rules
- Shipping Liability:
- No Refund Reason: The shipping cost for the item will be borne by the customer.
- Quality Issues/Incorrect/Unfulfilled Delivery: xpicsgirl will be responsible for the shipping cost.
- Gift Handling: To return the item, all the gifts (including the matching scarf, discount coupon card, etc.) must be returned. Otherwise, the cost will be deducted based on the original price.
